EXPORT EXPANSION
BRITISH ACTION URGED fßecd. Nov. 9, 3 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 8. Lord Elibank, in the House of Lords, urged the Government to foster Britis’h export trade. As Germany was driven from the seas, the door was open to Dominion, colonial, South American and other markets.
