TANKERS TRANSFERRED U.S. CREWS REPLACED (Reed. Nov. 9, 2.10 0.m.) NEW YORK, Nov. 8. The Standard Oil Company of New Jersey has announced that six of its tankers were transferred to Panama registry recently. Eventually, 15 will be transferred, all carrying transAtlantic cargo. Foreign officers' and crews are replacing Americans.
