EMPIRE BROADCAST
MR. FRASER TO SPEAK (Pur Proas Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. - A broadcast address to the Empire is to be given this evening by the Hon. P. Fraser, New Zealand’s official representative at the London conference of Brilish Commonwealth Ministers. Mr. Fraser will speak immediately after the 9 p.m. Davenlry news session. The address is one of a series by Ministers visiting London for the conference on war problems.
