ITALIAN TROOP UNITS (Reed. Nov. 7, 1.40 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 6. . The Rome representative of the Associated Press of Great Britain, states that Signor Mussolini has added 3000 lieutenants and non-commis-sioned officers to new troop units.
