TALKS IN PARIS

ALLIED NAVY CHIEFS MR. CHURCHILL'S VISIT (Klee. Till. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Nov. 7, 9 a.m.) LONDON. Nov. 0. The First Lord of the' Admiralty, Mr. Winston Churchill, accompanied by the deputy-Chief of the Naval Staff, visited Paris from Thursday to Sunday to discuss the work of the British and French navies, which are carrying out a joint task in active co-operation.

A naval communique records that Mr. Churchill met the French Premier*, M. Daladier, and the Ministers of the Navy, M. Campinchi, .Merchant Marine, M. Rio. and Blockade, M. Pernot, as well as General Gamelin and the commander of the French AirForce. Mr. Churchill had a long discussion with Admiral Darlan, com-mander-in-chief of the French naval forces.

.The British United Press correspondent reports that Mr. Churchill also inspected the Western Front, and returned to England.
