GERMAN TRADE ENVOYS (Reed. Nov. 7, 9 a.m.) LONDON. Nov. 0. The Belgrade correspondent of The Times says that four leading members of the German trade delegation have unexpectedly returned. It is known that Yugoslavia has not been delivering the full quantities agreed to because Germany’s compensatory goods have not been arriving punctually.
