Surgenor of his transfer to the Napier oilice of the State Advance: Corporation, and lie has arranged tr leave Gisborne on Friday. Mr. Surgenor has been farm appraiser for the State Advances Corporation in the Gisborne district for the past two years. He was previously with the State Advances office in Napier, to which town lie is returning, and prior to that was in Invercargill.
