DENTAL CLINIC BALL successful’ function (Herald Correspondent.) A very successful ball was hold m Matawai on Friday night in aid of the Matawai and surrounding districts dental clinic fund.' A tasty supper was served by the mothers under the capable management of Mrs. H. Bulst. The tables weie tastefully decorated with mauve and cerise flowers „ „ , . During the evening Mr. W. F. Robb, chairman of the Matawai School Committee, presented a beautiful oouquet to Miss Cotterill, the dental clime nurse, and spoke of her high stand a i cl of work, which was much appreciated in the district. Miss L. Ruru supplied the music, whil-e Miss M. Korte played an extra. Mr. T. Foster was the m.c. Among those present were Mrs. W. F Robb, wearing a frock of petunia georgette: Miss Cotterill, cyclamen taffeta shot with green; Mrs. H. rAiisu navy georgette and needle-run lace. Miss E.
