BRITISH DOMINIONS STUDY IN WALES (Reed. Nov. 3, 2.50 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 2. The Financial News says that the Welsh tinplate manufacturers have appointed a suo-committee to study the preferential price in Empire markets, notably in Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
