ROMAN CATHOLICS OUTRAGES IN CHURCHES NAZI-YOUTH ASSAULTS (Klee. Tel. Copyright—United Tress Assn.) (Reed. Nov. 4, 12.50 p.m.) ROME, Nov. 3. Tiie Apostolic Nuncio in Berlin has reported to the Holy See that the persecution of Roman Catholics in German territory increased after the issue of tjie papal encyclical. It is understood that the report alleges that members of the Hitler youth organisation entered churches in the Osnabruck diocese and chased the faithful out of them. They attacked and beat Roman Catholics who were emerging from churches in flic St Poitou diocese. The authorities at Rottbnburg warned priests not to discuss the encyclical from the pulpits and not to distribute copies.
