BACK TO THE REICH
GERMANS IN ESTONIA TEN THOUSAND GO (Reed. Nov. 4, 11.50 a.m.) HELSINKI, Nov. 3. It is reported from Tallinn that 10,000 Germans have left Estonia for die Reich. Most of the children have gone and 31 German schools have been closed. The Germans remaining include 15 convicts who have appealed for pardon in order to go to the Reich.
