BRITISH CONDITIONS PRISONERS WELL FED (Reed. Nov. 4, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 3. Mr. L. Hore-Belisha, the Secretary of State for War, in the House of Commons, replying to a question, said that German prisoners of war were well fed and well treated. They had shown themselves impressed by the marked difference in the actual conditions in England compared with the impression of them given in Germany. They had access to the British newspapers.
