The Cairo correspondent of The Times says that the Egyptian Prime Minister said he had received letters indicating that the ex-Mufti, who is at Baghdad, is willing to accept the White Paper of May 17 selling out the British Government’s policy in Palestine. Negotiations are proceeding for amnesty for Palestinian Arabs who are in exile and in prison.
