COMMUNISTS OUSTED
DEMOCRATIC VICTORY (Reed, Nov. 3, 2.50 p.m.) ZURICH, Nov. 2. The results of the Swiss general elections show little change in the state of the parties, the main effect being to maintain the strength of the democratic forces. The Communists lost two scats which was their previous total representation. The Nazi-influenced National Front Party refused to participate in the elections.
