ENGLISH HEADQUARTERS GREAT WAR VETERANS NEW DIVISION OFFICERS (Eluc. Tol. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Nov. 3, 9 a.m.) OTTAWA, Nov. 1. It is announced that the Canadian Army headquarters have been established in England under BrigadierGeneral li. G. D. Crerar, former commandant of the Kingston Military College. Twenty-two of the 26 senior officers who to-day were appointed to the First Canadian Division fought in the Great War, 13 as rankers. Seven are drawn from the militia, including Colonel P. J. Montague, a Manitoba judge, and Lieutenant-Colonel E. A. McCusker, M.C., former president of the Western Canadian Rugby Union.
