CUP TO GISBORNE ffirwrinl to tin* Herald.) PALMERSTON N. this day. In the Hereford section at the Manawatu Show yesterday Mr. F. E. Humphreys secured first place in the yearling class with Bosun Gem, which also was awarded the Hereford Breeders’ Cup open to all bulls of the breed.
Messrs. Hutchinson Bros.’ bull Waihuka 12th met the champion in his class, in which the Waihuka entry was placed second. In the three-year-old cow class, Waihuka Spot 105th secured second prize.
