LONDON MEETINGS (Reed. Nov. 2,2 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 1. An informal meeting between the Prime Minister, Mr. Neville Chamberlain, and the Dominion Ministers sent specially to London in connection with the Empire conference was to-day followed by a Government luncheon of welcome to the delegates. The Dominion representatives included Messrs. T. A. Crerar (Canada), R. G. Casey (Australia), P. Fraser (New Zealand), and the Aga Khan.
