Nov. 2. 2.20 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 1 The Baghdad correspondent of The Times states that the Regent, in a speech from the throne, said that Iraq entirely approved of the Bntish-French-Turkish pact, which enabled the Middle East to regard the future confidently. . The Arab countries were wise m taking a stand .for liberty and independence of nations. He hoped the action would help them to realise thair own nationalist aspirations.
