NO RATIONING THIS YEAR AUSTRALIAN STATEMENT (Rocd. Nov. 2, 2.50 p.m.) SYDNEY, Nov. 2. The Australian Acting-Ministry of Supply, Sir Frederick Stewart, announced definitely that there will be no rationing of petrol supplies this year.
