The directors of Woohvorths (N.Z.), Limited, announce that the net profit | for the year ended October 2, subject. j to the completion of audit and after making provision for income tax of j £108,500, amounts to £110,860. The directors recommend a final .dividend of 11 per cent on ordinary shares, making 10 per cent for the year. The dividend is payable on ( December 15.
