CYCLIST INJURED

HIT STATIONARY CAR Head injuries were suffered by a cvclist, Selwyn Williamson, aged 18, of 16 Whitaker street, when he collided with a stationary motor car in Whitaker street at 10.30 p.m. yesterday. The young man struck the rear of the car, which was of the "baby" type, and his head smashed through the rear window of the vehicle. The car was owned by Mr. Harry Clement Smith, Kaiti Beach. Subsequently Mr. Williamson was admitted to the Cook Hospital for treatment and his condition this morning was a little better.
