START ON MONDAY i ! WOOL AND NEEDLEWORK TWO-DAY PROGRAMME THE LIST OF JUDGES Although the Poverty Bay A. and P. Association's Diamond Jubilee Show will not open until Tuesday, judging will commence in the wool and needlework sections on Monday. The order of judging next Tuesday and Wednesday has been arranged as follows: — Tuesday.— All stud beef and dairy cattle, stud sheep and crossbred hoggets, all the home industry section, except needlework, which will be judged on Monday; thoroughbred classes 14 to 16, light classes, 19 and 20, saddle classes 23 to 33, pony classes, 39 to 45; boy riders; horse classes, 47 to 51; maiden jump, wire jump, open jump and pony jump; lambs in class to be judged under I the Cambridge block-test system will i be judged on the hoof; all pigs; sheep ! dog trials. Wednesday.—Balance of the dairy i cattle; .fat lambs, .cattle, dogs and | poultry; remaining horse classes; girl ! and lady riders; children's pony jump; I Jubilee jump, Hunters' jump, lady riders and Consolation jump; national I dancing; axemen's contests; shearing | competitions; musical chairs. The grand parade is timed for 2 j p.m. on Wednesday and will be led by pipers and dancers, and a gathering of those who were present at the first Show in 1875 is to be arranged for 2.30 p.m. at the officials' diningroom.
