AUSTRALIAN WHEAT
PLANS FOR PURCHASE RELIEF OF SCARCITY (Reed. Nov. 2, 9 a.m.) , TOKIO, Nov. 1. It is reported that a Japanese firm, through its Australian representatives, had contracted to purchase 200,000 tons of Australian wheat at 112 s a ton for export to North China to relieve thn scarcity of foodstuffs.
