. MOTORIST SUCCUMBS FRANKTON BUILDER (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. As a rosu"- ol ' head injuries which he received when a motor car he was driving was involved in a collision with a railway train on Friday, Thomas Hughes, of Frankton, aged 50 years, a builder, died in the Waikato Hospital yesterday afternoon. Mr. Hughes did not recover consciousness after the accident, which occurred at the Seddon street crossing. Hamilton. Mr. Hughes, who was the only occupant of the ear, is survived by his widow and one daughter.
