BALKAN NEUTRALITY
MUSSOLINI AS LIZADER RUMANIAN SUPPORT (Reed. Nov. 2, 9 a.m.) BUCHAREST, Nov. 1. The Rumanian press again advocates ' the formation of a neutral Balkan bloc under the leadership of Signor Mussolini. consisting of 100,000,000 sober, industrious and disciplined people, determined to defend the common interests even by force of arms. The Rumanian press adds that Italy's peace role may even eclipse her war role, inasmuch as she exemplifies the values of constructive work, order and discipline, including the possibilities of relaxing tension and promoting understanding in the Balkans and the Mediterranean.
