RESIGNATION RUMOUR
NAZI ARMY CHIEF FLIGHT BY SCHACHT (Reed. Nov. 1, noon.) LONDON, Oct. 31. A message from Paris states that the Petit Parisien publishes an uncorroborated report that the German Com-mander-in-Chief, General Von Brauchitsch, has resigned.
The French press prints with all reserve reports that Dr. Schacht and Herr Hugenberg have fled from Germany.
General von Reichcn.au is reported to be succeeding General Haider as chief of the High Command operations council.
