NEXT WEEK’S LIST THREE CASES FOR TRIAL PRISONER FOR SENTENCE The list for the quarterly session of the Supreme Court, to open m Gisborne next Tuesday before Mr. Justice Blair, contains three cases for trial and one prisoner for sentence. The list is as follows:

Criminal Trial

Crown v. James Manuel (Mr. A. A. Whitehead), four charges of alleged carnal knowledge.

In Banco Robert Cadzow Fisken (Mr. Burnard), v. Robert Julian (Police), appeal from conviction in lower court on alleged state of intoxication while in charge of a motor car. In Bankruptcy Motions for discharge in the case of three bankrupts will be made in respect of James Weston (Mr. Maude), Maki Ruawai (Mr. Wauchop), and Eric Arthur Batson (Mr. Wauchop).
