Rear-Admiral John Gregory Grace, new admirer for the Australian Navy, has arrived. He brings an encouraging message from The First Lord of the Admiralty, Mr. Winston Churchill, to the Australian Navy and the Australian people. "Tell them to keep their spirits tip."
