KENYA GOVERNOR
SIR HENRY MOORE (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 2 p.m. RUGBY, Oct. 27. Sir Henry Moore has been appointed as Governor and Connnander-in-Chief of Kenya in succession to Air Chief Marshal Sir Robert BrookePepham, who recently relinquished the Governorship in order to take up duty with the Royal Air Force. Sir Alan Burns, the Governor of British Honduras, succeeds Sir Henry Moore as assistant-Under Secretary at the Colonial Office.
