SUPPLY IMPROVING » (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 1 p.m. RUGBY. Oct. 27. The Minister of Food, Mr. W. S. Morrison, stated that the food-supply position had improved and there was no reason for anticipating that rationing, when introduced, would have a very restrictive character as long as the present supply position was maintained.

A statement in regard to the date of the introduction of rationing, the main object of which would be to secure equitable distribution, would he made shortly.
