BERLIN WARNING
NEUTRALITY QUERY ANTI-GERMAN PRESS (Reed. Oct. 28, 9 a.m.) BERLIN, Oct. 27. The official German radio has repeated a newspaper assertion that Germany will have to consider whether the Belgian attitude can be regarded as neutral. As a reason for the warning it is alleged that anti-German propaganda is being published by Belgian newspapers, which “naturally are paid with Britain and French money.”
