POST IN HUNGARY (Reed. Oct. 28, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 27. The Moscow correspondent of ihe Associated Press of Great Britain states that the Soviet Government has appointed M. Sharanov, the former Ambassador to Poland, as Minister to Hungary.
