NAZI ISOLATION
STANDING ALONE
DUTCH OPINIONS
DANZIG INDICATION
RIBBENTROP CHANGE
REFERENCE TO SOVIET
(Reed. Oct. 26, 3 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 25. The Rotterdam correspondent of The Times states that the most notable feature of the speech delivered before the Nazi rally at Danzig yesterday by the Nazi Foreign Minister, Herr von Ribbentrop, was that he did not claim any allies for the German people.
“The Dutch opinion is that the Germans had never so plainly been told that they stand alone,” adds the correspondent. “There was a world of difference between the references to Russia on this occasion and the boast by Herr von Ribbentrop to pressmen wjien-he went to Russia that England and France would have to face Germany and Russia if they did not accept peace.”
