Robinson, manager of Reuters, Limited in New Zealand. tha Nelson bad been described in ar affidavit in the Supreme Court as advertising manager for Reuters in New Zealand, whereas, said Mr. Robinson. he was simply an advertising canvasser or salesman, with nc managerial authority whatsoever.
