FEDERATION PROTEST

GUARANTEED PRICE CONFERENCE WANTED (P«r Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Widespread resentment in every dairying , district over the 1939-40 guaranteed price was reported by the directors of the National Dairy Federation drawn from all parts of the North Island for their quarterly meeting in Wellington yesterday. After a full discussion the meeting unanimously decided to urge the Dairy Industry Council to call together representatives of every dairy company in the Dominion with the object of taking steps to deal with the position.
