SOMME DISCOVERY BELIEVED CRECY RELIC (Reed. Oct. 27, Noon.) PARIS, Oct. 26. Workmen demolishing a bridge at Pontremy on the Somme found a cask of English gold coins bearing the effigy of Edward 111. It is believed that the coins were abandoned at the battle of Crecy in 1346. *
