DEBTS TOTAL £7042

MISSING SALESMAN REFERRED TO CROWN (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Proof of debts totalling £7042 17s 8d was placed before the official assignee at a meeting of creditors in the bankrupt estate of Raymond F. Nelson, advertising salesman, who was stated to have left New Zealand'last August and subsequently had not' been traced. The names of several other creditors, besides those who put in proofs of ddbt, were mentioned at the meeting. On the suggestion of the assignee it was decided that the fads be placed before the Crown prosecutor for an opinion as to possible further proceedings and also to make further inquiries regarding any financial transactions the bankrupt might have carried out before leaving the Dominion.
