GLEN AFTON TRAGEDY INQUIRY PERSONNEL (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Cabinet lias decided'to hold an inquiry by a Royal commission into the accident at Glen Afton mine as a result of which 11 men lost their lives. The personnel is Messrs. S. L. Paterson, S.M., chairman; J. C. Brown, Westport; J. Dowgray, Granity; T. O. Bishop, Wellington; and A. McLaglan, Grevmouth. The commission will commence its sittings about the middle of November and will report not later than December 8-
