BAG SNATCHED

AUCKLAND ROBBERY ESCAPED WITH £l2 (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. While Mrs. A. Kelsey, Wellington, was walking towards the Station Hotel at 0.30 o’clock last evening, a man approached from behind, snatched her handbag and escaped into Symonds street. Mrs. Kelsey, who was stopping at the hotel with her daughter, called for help. Several persons from too Courtville Flats responded and the police joined in the search. The bag contained £l2 in cash.
