RESIGNATION RUMOUR
INFORMATION MINISTER (Reed Oct. 2G, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 24. The Daily Herald states that Lord Macmillan has resigned from his post as Minister of Information in the War Cabinet, but the Prime Minister, Mr. Neville Chamberlain, has not yet accepted the resignation.
