CATTLE SELL KEENLY
GOOD SHEEP DEMAND STORTFORD LODGE (Per Press Association.) HASTINGS, this day. Following a fortnight's break since the last sale, the market at Stortford Lodge stock auction yesterday remained firm, with a good inquiry for quality lines.
The fat cattle offering included a large number of bullocks, the majority of which lacked finish. Female cattle similarly lacked quality, but sold at keen prices.
The largest yarding of store cattle for some time was offered. Prices were firm lo improved on the last sale.
