LONDON, Sept. 7. A special constable at Otford, near Sevenoaks, Kent, rushed from liis house yesterday, blowing his whistle, and telling people an air raid was expected. The villagers took cover and wailed for the roar of planes. Nothing happened, and a little later the constable realised he had been asleep, and dreamed he heard the sirens.
