JAP. DISAPPOINTED MISSION TO BERLIN (Reed. Oct. 25. 9 a.m.) BERLIN, Oct. 23. Japan has recalled the Ambassador, Mr. Hiroshi Oshima, in favour of Mr. Saburokuru - o from Belgium Mr. Oshima is most disappointed. He felt that his mission to Berlin ended when the Russia-German treaty frustrated his plan for a GermanJapanese military pact.
