SIX FORMER MEMBERS SAME FOREIGN POLICY 'Reed. Oct. 25, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 23. The Sofia correspondent of the New York Times states that six members of the last Bulgarian Cabinet are among 10 in the new Cabinet, this leading to the assumption that the foreign policy will be unchanged.
