NEUTRALITY DEBATE EARLY END LIKELY (Reed. Oct. 25, noon.) WASHINGTON, Oct. 24. The isolationists have agreed to limit the debate, assuring a vote on the neutrality law by the end of the week. The Democrat leaders have begun a drive to adjourn the session on November 3. The Democrat leader in the House of Representatives expects a week of debate.
