SUM OF £11,250 MONTHLY £IOO,OOO FOR AIR FORCE ROYAL APPRECIATION (British Official Wireless.) Reed 11.40 a.m. RUGBY, Oct. 24. The Nizam ol' Hyderabad and Berar has offered the Viceroy of India a monthly contribution of £11,250 towards the cost of the units of the Hyderabad State forces, both cavalry tnd infantry, which may be called upon for service outside the State. , The Nazim has also made a cash donation of £IOO,OOO to the Air Minis-
