CONDITIONS OF PEACE
ARCHBISHOP'S ViEW (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 11 a.m. RUGBY, Oct. 24. The Archbishop of York, speaking at Scarborough, said that the people of this country would desire to make an entirely reasonable peace with the people of Germany when the latter had a Government which was reliable and trustworthy.
