GAMING HOUSE CASES (Per Press Association.) PALMERSTON N„ this day. Charges under the Gaming Act were heard before Mr. H. P. Lawry, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court to-day. For using premises as common gaming houses, Bruce John Clarke, an agent, aged 30, Ernest Joseph Watson, a commission agent, aged 47, and James Sheldon Hanley, a dental mechanic, aged 30, were each fined 'he maximum of £IOO.
