Seven young men took advantage during the weck-c-nd of the opportunity of becoming acquainted with the sport of rowing as afforded by the “learn to row" campaign at present being conducted by the Poverty Bay Rowing Club. The new rowers received instruction from experienced members of the club and several showed promise of developing into successful oarsmen.
