GISBORNE TOURNEY H. Bright skipped the winning team in the Gisborne Bowling Club’s twoday tournament, which concluded last evening, his <-ide carrying the honours of the day in a' closely-contested final match against Atkir.son’s team. The summary of play at the end of the seventh round was.—H. Bright and Atkinson, six wins, one loss; Bennett, Beckett and / rmstron?, five wins, two losses; Hartley, McCulloch and Henderson, four wins, three losses; Nasmith, McGregor, Neal and Somerville, two wins, five losses; L. Bright and Williams, one win, six losses.

The final resulted:—Willan, Quigley, Balfour, H. Bright (s) 16 v. Swan, Smart, O'Brien, Atkinson ts) 14.
